Healthy Energy Soup

A cup of sesame energy soup for breakfast will bring you a full day of energy.
There is a great way to enjoy drinking vegatables.
Healthy energy soup is a good choice to stay healthy! 

Ingredient:
150 grams of sweet potato leaves, 1 small alfalfa sprouts (about 1 cup), 2 slices of Qingjiang vegetables, 2 small cabbages, 3 small pineapples, 1/2 apples, half a banana, 2 spoons of black sesame powder, 2 cups of iced water, a little honey

Method:
1. Wash the apples, remove the kernels, peel the pineapples and bananas, and wash the rest of the vegetables.
2. Put the ingredients into the blender, start to blend until the energy soup is even, and then add the appropriate amount of honey.
