Sesame Ice Cream

Smooth sesame ice cream is the best choice in summer.
Sesame lovers would like enjoy this kind of ice cream very much!

Ingredients:
3 egg yolks, 300 grams of milk, 120 grams of fine white sugar, 230 grams of black sesame sauce, 300 grams of animal cream

Method:
1. Egg yolk with milk and fine sugar to make the filling. 
2. Black sesame sauce is slowly poured into the filling by heating through hot water, and cool through the icy water. 
3. Mix the animal cream, and then pour into an ice cream machine.
