Sesame Dorayaki

This creative sesame dessert is going to satisfy your picky mouth.
The soft bread with rich sesane stuffing brings out the outstanding taste.

Ingredients:

2 eggs, 1/4 cup of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of white sesame sauce, 1 cup of low-gluten flour, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda 1/3 cup of milk, 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 cup of red bean filling, a little butter

Method:
1. Take a clean steel bowl and put the egg, sugar and honey and mix them until it is finely milky white. Continue to add low-gluten flour, the baking powder, baking soda powder, and the salt. Stirred them evenly. 
2. Pour in milk, white sesame sauce, soy sauce and mix thoroughly. 
3. Flat-bottom pan to heat slowly, apply a little butter on a paper towel, and put 1 tablespoon batter into the pot to make the cake. Fry until the surface is golden yellow, then turn over the surface and fry slightly, then prepare the cake for use. 
4. Take 2 pieces of cake and serve in a proper amount of red bean filling.
