Sesame Chiffon cake

The black sesame cake is delicate with the sesame smell.
It is nutritious and healthy!
It is also rich in calcium. 


Ingredients:
5 egg yolks, 30g black sesame sauce, 50g milk, 30g sunflower oil, 20g sugar, 70g low-gluten flour, 5 eggs with yolks, few drops of lemon juice, sugar 80g. 

Method:
1.The egg yolk is stirred with a blender. 
2.Add the black sesame sauce, oil, milk, flour and mix gently into batter.
3.Preheat the oven, and add a little lemon juice to the eggs without yolks.
4.The sugar was added three times to reach the smooth and delicate batter.
5.Put the cake batter into the cake mold in the oven. The temperature of the oven is up to 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
