Sesame Pudding

This is one of the best desserts after main course.
Sesame flavor is the main feature in this dessert.
Sesame lovers would love this dessert very much!



Ingredients:
Milk 300cc, 150cc cream, 150g gelatin (about 7 pieces), black sesame sauce, empty bottle or small bowl. 

Method:
1. First of all, heat milk until smoking point, add the cream and mix with low heat. 
2. Then soften the gelatin with water.
3. Then add the right amount of black sesame sauce. 
4. Heat and stir until the sesame sauce is spreading out. 
5. Then cover with plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours 
6. After two hours, the pudding is solidified, add some sesame sauce on top of the original pudding.
