Baked Sesame Seafood

A little bit of sesame flavor grilled meal.
Cheese lover would enjoy this dish very much.
Baked sesame seafood is a rich dish with sesame flavor.


Ingredients:
6 shelled shrimps, 6 clams, 1/2 squid, 1/2 carrots (diced), 1/2 potatoes, 4 broccoli, 12 cup of cheese 
2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup hot milk, 3 tablespoons Japanese sesame sauce, salt, and pepper

Method:

1. Wash the shrimp, clams, and squid and then boil for 1 minute., Pick up and go through cold water; peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into diced, boil in hot water, pick up, and drain. 
 2. Heat the pot, add the butter to melt, add the flour, stir fry in a wooden spoon, pour the milk and mix well, then add salt and pepper. 
 3. Stir for 5 minutes with a small heat, pour into a baking plate and sprinkle with cheese. Put it in the oven and bake it.
