Japanese Roast Meat With Sesame Sauce

Japanese Roast Meat has white sesame sauce to enhance the flavor.
Japan is one of the most major countries which uses lots of sesame ingredient in the dish.
The unique flavor will make you want to eat more.

1/2 onion, carrot 50g, sliced pork 665g
1.5 tablespoons of miso, 5 tablespoons of mirin, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 2 tablespoons of cold water, 3 tablespoons of white sesame sauce

1. Onion shredded, carrot shredded
2. Put the miso into the bowl and mix thoroughly with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons "white sesame sauce", 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 5 tablespoons of mirin.
3. Put about 2~3 tablespoons of oil into the pot. Stir the onion first and fry until the color is transparent. Continue to fry the carrot. Then add the flesh of the sliced pork and fry, put about 50c.c. Cold water, cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Put the prepared sauce and cook until it absorbs the sauce.
