Sesame chicken

The most authentic sesame oil dish and it is the best dish for maternity care.

The sesame chicken has high nutritional value.
 It is a very healthy dish which is loved by many people.

Ingredient:
1 chicken (about 1.5~2 kg), 1 part of ginger, proper amount of water
4 spoons of sesame oil, 1 bottle of rice wine, a little salt

Method:
1. First cut the chicken and wash it; ginger slice.
2. Pour the sesame oil into the pot and heat it. Add the ginger and stir-fry until the chicken is golden brown.
3. Pour the rice wine with the right amount of water, simmer for 30 minutes with medium heat, and finally add a pinch of salt to serve.
