Singaporean Hainanese Chicken Rice
Hainanese chicken rice is one of Singapore’s biggest food treasures.
It is layers of complex flavor brought out by years of training.
It is a delicious dish and loved by many people worldwide.
Four boneless chicken thighs,shallot, rice, and zucchini, pepper, salt, ginger water.
1. Wash chicken, cut shallot. Half spoon salt to marinate chicken, put into the refrigerator for about an hour
2. Put the chicken in steamer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Keep the chicken soup in the plate.
4. After the chicken is cold, cut the pieces on the cooked rice, sprinkle a little pepper and salt on the chicken thighs, and add the shallot, zucchini, and ginger water.
