1. Cut the ingredients into slices, cut squid into small pieces
2. Mix the plain flour, water, egg, potato starch , salt, and white pepper into a batter.
3. Put the oil in the hot pot, add the seafood and stir-fry all the ingredients.
4. Pour all ingredients into the batter and stir
5. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil + 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, wait for 2 minutes and then fry.
